• For U.S. orders, we offer free return postage.  For all international orders, including Canada, return postage is not provided.

 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES:

Your first pair of underwear is covered under our Right Size Guarantee (see above for details).

Last Chance or Final Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Returns and exchanges for any full priced product are accepted within 30 days after the order is placed if they are: unwashed, undamaged, + in the original condition you received them in and in their original packaging. *

Any returns or exchanges without an RA# (return authorization number) will not be recognized.  It will walk you through the returns process and issue you an RA#.

1. Log in to your account: 

    1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store of what you want for exchange or refund.

5. Click Request return. 

When your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive your refund.
