CUB KITCHEN - EPISODE 7 - TURKEY CRAN APPLE TACO

Cran Apple Turkey Taco

 

What you need:

 

Tools:

-mixing bowl and spatula

or

-blender or food processor

-knife and cutting board.

 

Ingredients:

 

For taco

-tortilla shells

-sliced swiss cheese

-turkey sliced or leftover

-cranberries

-honey crisp apple

-honey mustard drizzle

 

Honey mustard drizzle

 

- ¼ cup Dijon mustard

- 1/3 cup honey

- ¼ cup mayonnaise

- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard

- 1/8 tsp paprika

-1 Tbsp white wine vinegar

-pinch of salt and pepper

 

Directions

 

Honey mustard drizzle.

Combine all ingredients in a blender/food processor or mixing bowl. Mix until smooth. Taste if not sweet enough, add more honey and continue to mix.

 

Taco.

On tortillas add sliced swiss cheese followed by turkey. Heat these up for about 30-60 seconds in microwave.  Add thinly sliced honey crisp apple pieces followed by spinach, add small handful of about 10 cranberries then drizzle with Honey mustard drizzle.  Enjoy!
