What you need
- Food processor
- Skillet or pan
- Sliced smoked Deli Turkey
- Slice Gouda Cheese.
Add basil, garlic, almonds, parsley and fresh parmesan to food processor and blend until smooth. Add olive oil and melted butter continue to mix until all ingredients are blended smooth.
Spread on about a spoonful of pesto on each tortilla, then add a few slices of turkey and followed by a half slice of gouda cheese. In a skillet or pan with a little olive oil, cook each side of quesadillas under medium heat until crispy and the cheese is fully melted. Let cool and enjoy!
