CUB KITCHEN - EPISODE 16 - BUFFALO CHICKEN QUESADILLA

Episode 16

Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla

 

Tools:

  • Frying Pan.
  • Tongs or Flipper.
  • Stove Top.

 

Ingredients:

  • All Purpose Buffalo Chicken (can also use just gilled chicken).
  • Large Flour Tortillas
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • American Cheese Slices.
  • Franks Hot Wing Sauce.
  • Ranch Dressing
  • Olive oil.
  • Sour Cream (optional)

 

Prep time: 10 minutes.

 

Directions

 

  1. Cut All Purpose Buffalo Chicken into small bit size pieces. Fill half each tortillas with about a half cup of chicken pieces. Drizzle lightly with ranch dressing. Put about a handful of shredded cheddar cheese. Spread evenly over half of tortilla.
  2. Use a small spoon to drizzle about 2-3 spoonful’s of Franks Hot Wing sauce over cheese. Add about 1.5 slices of American cheese. Fold over tortilla.
  3. Put about a tablespoon or less olive oil in frying pan. Cook Quesadilla for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted. Pull out cut into triangles and Enjoy! Goes well dipped in sour cream.
