How can I get FREE SHIPPING?
Bear Skn will ship any order in the U.S. for free via USPS Mail if you purchase over $100.00 worth of product. That shouldn't be too difficult. We make great stuff.
How long will it take for Bear Skn to ship my order?
We make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. We know that you want what you want when you want it. Typically, your goods will ship out to you within 1-2 business days after you place your order. Please note that our warehouse is closed on the weekends and on American bank holidays, so order fulfillment may, on rare occasions, take up to 3 business days.
Also, during these holiday periods as well as during sale promotions, it may take longer than expected to ship your order but please know we will work as fast as possible to fulfill each order as quickly as possible and we highly appreciate your patience and understanding.
USPS Priority Shipping typically takes 2-3 days for delivery.
All orders shipped outside the US are sent via DHL and is handed off to the reciprocating mail service in the destination country. Delivery usually happens within 14 business days but could take longer if there is a queue for customs inspections. May take longer for certain countries.
Bear Skn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
For international shipments, how does Bear Skn handle duties and taxes levied?
As a business, we must label our international shipments appropriately or risk our ability to ship internationally. At this time, duties and fees imposed on imported clothing are the responsibility of the customer.
Customer assumes all risks for all orders once the postal carrier has picked up the shipment from our warehouse.
How does Bear Skn determine the cost of shipping?
DHL calculates shipping rates automatically.
